Knowledgeable, fun instruction and friendly and helpful staff. They were able to get me into a class in a pinch, which I really appreciate!

Lori was able to get me in last minute as my BLS certification expired at the end of July. She is well-educated and knows her stuff. I loved how laid back she was and how she shared her experiences with being a 9-1-1 operator. She even sent out my new certification the same night! I loved her dedication and compassion. Highly recommend!
